Sean Thomson
About our Owner
Sean J. Thomson provides specialised property advice to clients ranging from first time investors, interstate and overseas residents, busy professionals, everyday home buyers and sellers. Sean’s area of expertise is in providing customised investment strategies for the purchase and sale of residential property.
Sean has worked in the real estate industry for most of his working life, beginning his professional career with RT Edgar Glen Waverley in 1996, before moving to Ray White in the City of Monash followed by Ray White Mt Evelyn, where he covered the Yarra Ranges area.
In 2007 Sean moved away from main stream real estate agent work, and honed his experience towards the buyer/vendor advocacy and property advisory industry. He was employed as a senior consultant and property advisor for Wakelin Property Advisory, servicing buyers and sellers across the Melbourne Metropolitan area, specialising in inner and middle-ring suburbs.
In late 2010 Sean moved across to WBP Property Group, bringing his experience in residential property advisory to help establish WBP's move into the Buyer and Vendor Advisory market.
In 2014 Sean joined the established and experienced team of iProperty Plan comprising of a team of independent advisors who have many years’ experience in the areas of residential and commercial property analysis, valuation, negotiation, development, accounting and finance.
After many years of experience and a huge passion for the real estate industry, Sean has taken Late 2015 head on, with the establishment of his own identity and branding. Establishing and launching His own Company "The Buyers Advocate Melbourne"
Sean’s expertise lies in high-level residential property negotiation, market research and the selection of high-grade property investment purchases for both owner-occupier and investor clients.
